This role has flexible shift patterns across weekdays and weekends - if you’re after something more permanent, that can be discussed.

Your duties as a Head barista will be:

• Help Assistant Baristas, Baristas positively and encouragingly keep the site/s looking well presented

• Ability to clean grinders as well as find new recipes

• Carry out deep cleans of equipment/shops and surroundings when necessary

• Monitor quality and provide positive, respectful feedback to baristas and assistant Baristas – in the form of on-shift training.

• Manage the team on shift

• Support the Head of Coffee with ordering and training

• Ensure F.I.F.O is being correctly managed

• Managing stock levels and ordering when necessary

• Ensuring Health and safety procedures are being performed

• Look for ways to improve what we do and can present feedback, respectfully, o the Head of Coffee. Required coffee skills

• Reports to Manager/Head of Coffee/Head of Operations

As a Food Prep team member, your responsibilities will include:

We are adhering to company specifications in food preparation. Ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards. Tending to the display area during operating hours. Handling food preparation duties in the evenings and providing support during service. Safeguarding proper F.I.F.O inventory management. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary. We are ensuring strict compliance with Health and safety protocols. Actively seeking opportunities to enhance our operations and courteously providing feedback to the Line Manager. Reporting to the Manager, Head of Coffee, and Head of Operations. Shifts will be scheduled as follows:

Monday: 6:30 am - 12 pm

Wednesday: 6:30 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm

Thursday: 6:30 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm

Friday: 6:30 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm

Saturday: 7 am - 12 pm

Prior experience is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
